Terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms are the rules for using TipNet. By using it, you agree to them.

Estimates only

TipNet gives estimates of your take-home pay. It is not tax, legal or financial advice. Your real paycheck can differ, and you are responsible for your own taxes and money decisions. Check anything important with your paystub or a qualified professional.

No guarantee of accuracy

We work to make the math sound, but we do not promise that any number is correct, complete or up to date.

Budget subscription

The free parts of TipNet stay free. The Budget add-on is a subscription. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it bills you, takes your payment and handles receipts and sales tax.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from Lemon Squeezy's My Orders page, using the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops future charges.

Refunds

You can cancel any time. We don't give refunds, including for part of a month or year you've already paid for.

Lemon Squeezy, the seller of record, handles billing. Its buyer terms, and any rights your local law gives you, still apply.

Provided as is

TipNet is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. It may have mistakes, and it may change or stop working.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using TipNet or from relying on its estimates, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us for TipNet in the 12 months before the problem. Some places do not allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law lets them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules. This only decides which state's law applies if there is a dispute. People in any state, and anywhere in the world, can use TipNet.
